Shipped alongside Fortune 500 clients, so each release went out against live hiring operations.
Vendor onboarding is a rules and approvals problem, not a form: who may approve what, and in which order.
Client systems have to stay in step with the platform in real time, not overnight.

My part in it, feature by feature.

Led the RXO onboarding: replaced batch APIs with a real-time integration, with atomicity and rollbacks.
Rules-based vendor onboarding engine with configurable approval workflows and RBAC.
Cut Marriott's bulk upload processing time by 60% with a multi-threaded rewrite.
Held 80% test coverage across the services I owned.
